Our pump and programming system for liquid-detergent offers several gains. The microprocessor-control FREEpro carries out the allowance of the detergents and additives at the right moment and in the exact needed quantity after starting the washer-extractors. The linen will be washed reliably clean in equal measure every time. A false dosing is impossible and the exact dosing, achieved for this reason, stands for cost saving and ecology at the same time. You can save labour time with this procedure, because the whole wash procedure is executed automatically and the allowance by hand is dropped. Spillaged washing powder is a thing of the past.

The STAHL's liquid-dosing-system is suitable for all type of linen, from delicates over bed and table linen up to intense draggeled cleaning rags or mops - it's just a matter of the chosen washing program.

The FREEpro control unit

All our washer-extractors, drying tumblers and folding machines are controlled by the state of the art, freely programmable FREEpro microprocessor control unit.
It was developed by us and leaves you all the choices while at the same time it is extremely easy to operate. One of the features guaranteeing these advantages is the well-organized plain language display, which continuously informs the operator about the current state of the wash operation. This control unit also ensures the most careful handling of your linen by offering the possibility to individually programme almost all of the adjustable parameters (e.g. wash revolution and spin revolution).

STAHL machines are therefore suitable for all types of textiles, from curtains, mixed fabrics, bed linen, outer-wear to heavily soiled mop heads.
