High-performance flatwork ironers with two or more rollers

The STAHL multi-rollers – as the POWER ROLL with two rolls - are used when large quantities of linen have to be ironed economically and quickly while at the same time achieving an excellent finish.

We produce the POWER-ROLL with a roll diameter of 80 cm and in roll widths of 175 to 330 cm.

These ironers are characterized by an enormous performance while at the same time they are extremely economical in their energy consumption, a combination that will pay off very quickly for your laundry. The PTS drive developed by us ensures by means of a frequency converter that only the amount of energy is consumed that is absolutely necessary to operate the motor at that very moment. The two rolls are perfectly synchronized, so that there is no tension on the linen and it is not pulled out of shape but keeps its original form.

The POWER ROLL is based on the tried and tested ironer construction and technology that STAHL customers already take for granted. Key components are the two fully insulated and heat saving super chests. By overextending the chest on the feed side, we achieved an ironing path of 180° which is entirely under pressure, resulting in a superb finish of the linen.

The relationship of quality and performance to the price of these machines is close to unbeatable. This is the reason why they have attracted a worldwide interest in spite of all economic and exchange rate fluctuations. The POWER ROLL, like all of our machines, is produced in Germany, because we still consider the “ Made in Germany ” stamp to be a sign of quality.
